Can a Neodymium Magnet really slow down an old style electric meter and how is it done?
Please just answer the question or explain how to do it. I don’t need people telling me it’s illegal or explaining to me why it’s illegal, and what will happen if I am caught. I know all those things, and I don’t care! I am doing a study for a nearby country that still deals with consistent electrical supply problems, and any meaningful answers will be used to help finish my study. This is just one of the many questions in this study, but one that I have been having trouble getting legitimate answers too online.
