When a digital scale reads e.g
6 stone 2 1/2
What is the half pound? i mean is it 6 stone 2.5 ?? I want to be able to type this into say google and have it convert into kg or lbs but it does not recognise the 1/2, and so i need it in decimals. Im guessing it means ounces??

few nights ago my weight went down but past 3 days it hanst i weighted my self same time been toiet same roitne n keeps the same are they broken?is sleep time effect weight messurement on scales?

Does anyone know of any good ones(thats inexpensive)? As long as its accurate? I was looking into this scale called EatSmart. Is it good? There r alot of great reviews on this scale at amazon.com. They say its VERY accurate. Also It falls within my budget.

Last night while using my digital mini-CD 500g scale, I accidentally calibrated it incorrectly..and now it is reading my things incorrectly. This is obviously a huge problem…so how I can fix this? Every time I weigh a dollar (which weighs one gram EVEN) it only comes up at .7! So my scale is 3/10ths of a gram off! How can i reset my digital scale so that it reads correctly? Every time i re-calibrate it doesn’t fix it…it only sets it back to the same faulty reading. PLEASE HELP!

Ten open boxes, each of which contain 10 coins. In 9 of the boxes, each coin weighs 10g. In the remaining box, the coins weigh 9g each. You may handle the coins, but cannot tell the difference in weight by feel or appearance. With just one weighing on a digital scales how can you say which box contains the 9g coins?
