How do I setup a r4i Gold Version 1.4 DSi Card?

I plan on buying one but don’t know how to set it up! Where do I get the files? How do I arrange them?
I know 2 sites that have software for 2 different r4’s. One goes to the r4i-Gold DSi Card and one to the r4 revolution.
(The r4i-Gold DSi Card and the r4i Gold Version 1.4 DSi Card are different cards.I looked into it.)
