I want to get a PSP and was wondering if it came with a memory card, or if you had to buy one.

Kendall B added these pithy words on Jul 09 09 at 4:37 amIt comes with a 30 mb memory stick already but if you want to put more than 3 or 4 game files id recommend that you but another memory card as well. it takes a memory stick Pro Duo and they come in sizes 256, 512, 1 gb,2 gb, 4 gb, and 8 gb. the price ranges from 19.99-79.99 at gamestop or most electronic stores. but i recommend gamestop. hope this answered ur question
if u get a different memory stick u can store more games more music more videos etc. hope this helps
grizgoalie added these pithy words on Jul 10 09 at 6:43 amI have purchased for myself and two others for gifts, unfortunately they do not come with a memory card. But any ole MS-Pro Duo(magic stick-pro) will work. It has to be a Duo though. Don’t be fooled into thinking you have to purchase one from the gaming department. I get mine from walmart and it comes with an adapter so you can load stuff into it. Like mp4 movies or videos. But you need a program to do that. Not free of course.
